worst customer service

If i could give this place no stars i would..If you are looking for a place to help you, i would advise you to go somewhere else..Heather cusses you out and tells you that it is not in her job description to help you or provide customer service to you...Then lies to you when you try to call back and get another representative to help you and tell you that she did not talk to you...It is the worst customer experience i ever dealt with..
